  • Community Table: Local Craft Beer

Join us for a Community Table discussion with Isle Brewers Guild, Newport Storm and Our Grain.

Small and independent craft brewers accounted for more than 12 percent market share in the United States beer industry in 2016 (Brewers Association). Companies like Isle Brewers Guild and Our Grain are offering solutions in support of this growing industry and its ancillary industries in the Ocean State.

Isle Brewers Guild in Pawtucket helps mid to large-size craft breweries expand their capacity, sales and distrubtion in their cooperative brewing space.

Newport Storm started in 1999 and has become a local mainstay of the Rhode Island craft beer market. Known by many as RI’s Microbrewery, Newport Storm has hand-crafted more than 60 distinctive brews based on the winning recipe of keeping things small, local, unique and sustainable.

Our Grain, based at Johnson & Wales, works with breweries to develop edible and personal products made from spent grains in order to create additional revenue streams and reduce their waste.

One table, one conversation, and a great way for eaters, advocates, or those curious to connect and exchange ideas. Come when you can and bring your lunch or snack. Free and open to all!
