  • bnourished: Introduction to Self-care Rituals

We want to change the world. However, our self-care does not often match our ambitions. You have big goals and the guts to make them happen, but maybe not the energy or health to sustain them. Showing up for yourself with the same dedication you show for your career can make all the difference. Your productivity rises. Your mood shifts. Your confidence soars. Your relationships strengthen. Your formerly caffeine fueled energy becomes nutrition sourced vitality.

In this workshop on bnourished: Introduction to Self-care Rituals, we will review our current patterns, consider a number of simple habits we can incorporate into our day, and learn to let go of some habits that no longer serves us.

Join us for this workshop series to explore simple shifts you can make in your daily habits to feel great about yourself, so that you can do well and do good.
