Talent matchmaking helps ventures identify their talent needs, develop internship and job postings and find the talent they need.


Your Commitment
  • Complete the Talent Finder form at the link above.
  • Pay an annual fee of $50 (free for SEG Hub coworking members and SEG volunteers).
  • Follow up with all applicants, even if you are not offering them the opportunity.
  • Let the SEG Talent Coordinator know when your position has been filled or if there are any changes to your position.
  • Have an out-of-home office. If you don’t, learn about becoming an SEG Hub coworking member here.
How It Works

We estimate that we save social ventures 10-20 hours of work per position filled! We share information about your open position on each of the 11 college and university student job/internship boards in Rhode Island, Bridge.Jobs (Rhode Island’s statewide job/internship board), Indeed.com and the SEG Opportunities Board. SEG performs an initial resume intake and passes along qualified candidates to the host organization.
