House of Hope Boutique

House of Hope Boutique is a Social Venture Program that trains and employs homeless women in RI through its sewing program as well as its retail store training program.

The social venture gift store that opened in November of 2012 features bags made by formerly homeless women with repurposed materials as well as many different products from other social ventures from RI to every corner of the world. The Boutique is not only supporting the economic stability of the women we serve, but is also supporting missions from around the globe. All items sold in the Boutique are part of social ventures and organizations that are giving back. We feature jewelry made from the scrap metal of missiles, the sales of which supports services for veterans. A sale of a t-shirt in the Boutique means a orphaned child receives a shirt. Women’s economic development is supported on the other side of the country and around the world. The impact of our small program here in RI has indeed gone global.
