P3 empowers the people of Providence to find their own voices by activating and transforming their public spaces. We provide tools and resources for communities across our city to design and co-create nearby recreation centers, parks, and streetscapes.

Through artist-led “visioning studios,” P3’s Biggest Draw Ever! initiative aims to elevate the voices of historically underrepresented youth and community members to inspire city officials regarding the design of their local recreation environments. Together, a more diverse group of people can discover, develop and amplify their own voices to shape the future of Providence.
