Why coach:

The 2020 Nonprofit Innovation Lab is a strategic skills based volunteering opportunity that provides business and community leaders an opportunity to work with some of the state’s preeminent nonprofit leaders to help them innovate within their organizations. Access to knowledge, networks and resources is critical for these leaders as they explore new ways to create positive social impact.

How it works:

Each Nonprofit Innovation Lab fellow will be matched with a team of coaches, and a lead coach will be assigned to ensure consistency. Fellows and coaches will meet on a regular basis to address specific challenges and move the project forward. Coaching begins in February 2020 and ends in June 2020. We anticipate the commitment for coaches to be 1-3 hours per week for 16 weeks, and as desired thereafter.

How to apply:

Apply as an individual. If you would like to offer your time and expertise, please fill out this form and we will match you with a fellow and create a team of coaches based on the fellow’s needs. Please indicate if you are interested in being a Lead Coach to help ensure milestones are being met, coaches/fellows are responsive, and the fellow’s needs are being met.

Apply as a team. If your company or organization would like to assemble a group of individual coaches and leverage its power as a team, you can fill out this form and apply as a packaged team of coaches to be matched with a fellow.
