The SEG Incubator Program helps motivated, coachable entrepreneurs turn ideas into action! Our Incubator Program is for anyone who has an idea for a business or nonprofit that creates positive social impact while being financially sustainable. Don’t worry if you don’t have it all figured out – we can help with that!

Our new Virtual Incubator helps motivated entrepreneurs turn their ideas into action. This Incubator is for anyone who has an idea for launching a business or nonprofit that will help themselves, their family, and their community. This program is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to develop a strategy for supplementing their income and for people who have always wanted to explore the viability of starting their own business.

The Virtual Incubator provides the same rich content as our traditional Incubator, including introductory workshops on:

  • Running a Successful Business/Venture
  • Defining Your Value in the Marketplace
  • Business Planning
  • Logic Model
  • Branding/Marketing
  • Accounting
  • Personal Finance
  • Startup Finance
  • Legal and Entity Formation

Incubator participants will meet twice a week via Zoom for 5 weeks and take part in workshops facilitated and led by industry leaders in our social impact ecosystem.

After the workshop portion ends, participants will receive quarterly check-ins to help them leverage resources, networks, and tools to grow their idea. SEG will facilitate access for participants to utilize the SEG advisor network for one year. Participants will continue to build their networks, receive & provide peer support and share developments through SEG events and workshops, self-organized meetups, and annual reunions.

Cost

The usual cost to participate in the SEG Incubator is $200 per participant. However, given the challenging times and SEG’s commitment to ensuring our services are accessible to everyone, we are asking participants to pay as much as they can afford toward this cost, with no minimum payment required.
