¡Felicitaciones por su éxito! On February 19, SEG graduated our first ever Spanish-language Incubator cohort! Ten participants attended workshops twice a week for five weeks to build their skills in marketing, business modeling, and financial planning. On the last day of their program, they used all their new tools and presented their ventures to an appreciative audience. We are grateful to our expert volunteers who served as workshop instructors and coaches over the past month – and we especially thank Navigant Credit Union for providing a welcoming space where our entrepreneurs could learn together!

And congratulations to all our Newport-area Incubator grads, who presented their social ventures to an audience of friends, family, and city leaders at Innovate Newport on March 2. From community building and economic development to literacy coaching, affordable acupuncture, and art for everyone, our Incubator helped move their great ideas forward. We’re excited to see what they do next!
