Wellness is essential in all aspects of life, especially when it comes to balancing our personal life with launching or growing a business. During these heavy times it’s important to check in with ourselves and one another to ensure we are making mental, physical, and emotional health a priority. We recognize that entrepreneurship can come with struggles that we aren’t talking about. We wanted to share space this August in honor of National Wellness month to start the conversation.
Let’s begin with sharing the resources available within the SEG ecosystem. These ventures are working to support individuals on their self care journeys. The organizations utilize various treatment models to best address the challenges that community members face.
