Social Enterprise Greenhouse CEO Kelly Ramirez always says that SEG’s volunteers are our secret sauce, and she is so right! We love our wise, skilled, and dedicated volunteers and were thrilled to honor them at our Volunteer Appreciation Celebration event on January 23.

As always, the SEG Hub filled up fast with people, food, drinks, music, and the buzz of great conversation about social enterprise. During the speaking program, we recognized four SEG volunteers in particular who have provided extraordinary service to our social entrepreneurs over the years: Tim Burditt, Colin Murphy, Kathleen Bellicchi of Bellicchi’s Best Biscotti, and Peter Hahn. The crowd was treated to moving testimonials about each one of these inspiring individuals from SEG board member Lorne Adrain, Ari Mannan of Boswell, Jennifer Brine of ANeufit, and Eliza Squibb of ZTwist Design.
